We are selling apartments that will be located in a modern new building only 300m from the sea.
The building will have 4 apartments, 2 duplexes in the basement and ground floor, the entire first floor and the entire floor in the high attic.

This apartment will extend through two floors, basement and ground floor. It will have also a separate entrance, and it will offer more possibilities of use, that is, it will be able to be separated into two apartments or into one large apartment with as many as 5 bedrooms.

In the current construction plan, and considering that it is a two-story apartment, it is designed as a variant with 3 bedrooms and two living rooms. In this case, the lower floor will consist of a corridor, a storage room, a bedroom, a modern bathroom and an open space living area with a covered terrace of 13m2 that will continue to the garden. There is the possibility of building a swimming pool with a sunbathing area.
The internal stairs will lead to the first floor, which will consist of a hallway, two bedrooms, a modern spacious bathroom, and an additional living room that will have access to a covered balcony of 12 m2.

The materials used in the construction are of top quality, so the apartment will also have burglar-proof doors, underfloor heating throughout both floors, top-quality ceramics and sanitary ware, at least two air conditioners, first-class PVC carpentry, etc.

Given that the construction has started right now (beginning of 05.2024), it is possible to reserve, i.e. pay off the apartment, and therefore additional agreements regarding the materials that will be installed, the construction method (variants of using the apartment as described above), and the construction of the swimming pool and sunbathing areas. A larger correction of the apartment price is also possible, and it all depends on the financing method.
